A-Play Club
  1. All individuals must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age to participate in the FREE A-Play Club program.
  2. Government issued Photo Identification is required for ALL transactions pertaining to the A-Play Club.
  3. A-Play Club points and comps are earned by members in accordance with their gaming activity and may vary depending on the model of gaming device player or, if applicable, table games, bingo, or keno. The property may revise the method of earning points and comps at its discretion. The current schedule is available at the Player /Guest Service Center.
  4. It is the member's responsibility to properly insert the A-Play Club card when playing slots, video poker or keno machines and to present the A-Play Club card to the appropriate personal when playing table games, bingo or keno.
  5. Any misuse of the card or improper play as determined by the sole discretion of the Property Management will result in forfeiture of all Club points and comps and may result in revocation of membership, including but not limited to distributing, lending or in any way allowing another person to use their A-Play Club card.
  6. Property is not responsible for lost, stolen or misused cards or for points/comps redeemed on it. Property is not responsible for lost or stolen redemption vouchers.
  7. All disputes and ensuing decisions by management regarding point accumulation or point balance or comp accumulation or comp balance are final and binding. Property management reserves the right to adjust any point or comp balances resulting from machine malfunction, operation errors and/or fraud.
  8. A-Play Club members who have been issued credit and are delinquent in repayment of that credit and/or members who have had a check(s) cashed which has been returned for non-payment shall have their Club points/comps forfeited until all discrepancies have been remedied.
  9. Any dispute or situation not covered by these rules will be resolved by management in a manner deemed fairest to all concerned and that decision shall be final and binding.
  10. Unredeemed point/comp balances are not transferable to any other account or to any other person including through gift, sale, death or divorce.
  11. Only the member listed on the card may obtain information or engage in any transaction related to that account.
  12. Employees of Affinity Gaming, LLC and its subsidiaries and their immediate families are prohibited from participating in Club contests, promotions, slot tournaments or drawings.
  13. Accounts with no activity for twenty-four (24) consecutive months will be considered inactive and all points will be forfeited.
  14. Any A-Play Card, voucher, or drawing ticket that has been mutilated, forged, misprinted, altered, tampered with, mechanically reproduced is illegible, or has been obtained by any means other than pursuant to these official rules is automatically void. In addition, property management reserves the right to void any A-Play Club card, voucher or drawing ticket at any time in its sole discretion.
  15. Use of the A-Play Club card constitutes acceptance of all rules, terms and conditions stated.
  16. Property reserves the right to deny any application or revoke membership in A-Play Club at any time in its sole discretion.
  17. Any and all taxes relating to an A-Play Player's member receiving any awards is the sole responsibility of the member.
  18. All aspects of the A-Play card program including the Card, vouchers, drawing tickets, and unredeemed points/comps are the property of the casino. Property reserves the right to modify or cancel this program, including all benefits, at any time.
